Autowash @ Skylake Car Wash

I've been a member for over four years, and I'm honestly getting extremely frustrated with this location. I still have an active membership, but the automatic wash seems to be out of service 80% of the time. Then, when it finally is working, the line is completely backed up because everyone has been waiting for it to be fixed. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. It feels like something is always broken, and the rat problem around the property is getting out of hand. As a loyal customer who's been paying for years, I'd really like to see the company invest a little money into maintaining this location. It has so much potential, but the lack of upkeep is becoming unacceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this AutoWash. After taking my car through the wash, I noticed new paint damage, streaking, and chipping that were not there beforehand. I immediately documented everything with photos and contacted the company, only to be told the damage could be caused by “environmental factors” even after sending in pictures of my car. I spoke with Zoe and she said that due to their investigation the cycle completed “as intended” so there was not much else they could do. Clearly something went wrong and it’s disappointing that it’s being taken lightly. What’s frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the complete lack of accountability and dismissive response, I was offered a free car wash? Like I would ever take it back to this company. I will now be having to find an auto body shop to repaint it. It is extremely disappointing that this is something a company would consider as normal or even acceptable just because the “cycle completed as intended.” I also attached their dismissive response since they considered this case closed on their end. I would strongly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before using this wash and being cautious

1 Star – Negligence and Complete Lack of Accountability! On March 31st, I visited the automatic Autowash at 120th & Holly, and what should have been a routine car wash turned into a damaging and frustrating experience. While my vehicle was in the middle of the wash cycle, I suddenly heard a loud bang—like metal striking my car. When the wash finished, I discovered that a piece of metal had fallen from one of their rusted roof beams, hitting the top of my vehicle. The impact caused a noticeable dent and stripped the paint all the way down to bare metal. I immediately documented everything with photos and video. I attempted to contact them right away, but since it was after hours, I left a message. The following day, I called again and was told to file an online damage report and that a manager would contact me the following week. Given how clear the situation was—and that this was obviously caused by poor maintenance of their facility—I expected them to take responsibility. That never happened. After waiting with no response, I followed up myself. When I finally spoke with a manager, I was told that I needed to file a claim with my own insurance before they would proceed. This is co

We love this TOUCHLESS automatic car wash! No scratches, a great finish, and blow drying with most packages! We have the ultimate package, so we get graphene coating as well. The only reason I give the car wash 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are sometimes where the line is 5-10 cars deep which would take over an hour to get through. Also, more times than not, at least one automatic bay is closed for maintenance.

I have seen alot of Autowash's pop up recently. So I figured I would give it a go. First time the screen was so unresponsive and waisted my money. This time it was better, but the pressure... Mann... Something is definitely not right. I waited over 20 minutes because everyone was struggling trying to rinse their vehicle. I held out since its the closes one to my house less than a minute away. I could've been in and out 5 minutes but struggled to get water to flow... I will continue to search for a standard pay and spray wash that just uses standard turn knob selections, better pressure, better on my money and time.
